I find this company very rare to others. When we call for service they just don't jump in and push a service call down our throats. Barbara, in the office, always asks about the problem and, if sounds simple enough, will help us try to fix it on our own. We can't say how much money they have saved us. Thanks Tru-Way for being like it use to be in the good ole days and providing an honest service.

This company is very honest, a rare find these days. The nice lady who answered the phone helped walk me through some simple checks after telling all the symptoms, and we were able to resolve my issue, saving a service call fee. How silly would I have felt if the technician had arrived and discovered the breaker box had merely flipped a switch. So thankful for this wonderful family owned business. I will definitely be returning!!!

We had a problem with our refrigerator and called Tru-Way. Have to say they really go out of your way to help and not try to "force" a service call on you like other companies. We were willing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check but spoke to Barbara and she recommended to try a couple things to see if it will fix our problem. We had to have called about 4-5 times and she had no problem with taking the time to keep giving us tips to try to get refrigerator fixed. Happily the suggestions she recommended did work and we were up and going on the same day at no costs. Learned a lot about caring for our appliances and that Tru-Way is very helpful...recommend them highly. Thank you Barbara for all you do.
